Recruiter/HR Generalist

Position Summary

Entrega is seeking to add an HR Generalist to our Business Operations and Resource Management Support team. This is a cross functional role that will interact with the full spectrum of Entrega employees, clients and vendors.

Duties & Responsibilities

Aide and assist with staffing logistics - Focusing on, but not limited to the following:

  • Resume review and filtering
  • Phone screens
  • University relationships
  • Job Postings
  • Candidate sourcing
  • Staff requisition logistics

General HR Operations - Focusing on, but not limited to the following:

  • Scheduling and coordination of meetings and interviews
  • Candidate greeting and reception
  • Salary Research and reporting
  • Job requisition progress tracking and reporting
  • Workforce planning procedural maintenance
  • Involved in performance management working closely with senior management within the organization

Employee relations - Focusing on, but not limited to the following:

  • Prospective employee documentation
  • New hire coordination
  • New hire onboarding and orientation
  • First 90 day success plan formulation, communication and administration

Qualifications

  • Must be able to analyze and present information in such a way that is understood by everyone within the organization
  • Handles oneself in a tactful and professional manner at all times being discreet and discerning
  • Excellent communication skills are a must as you will be dealing with employees on every level
  • You must be able to operate Microsoft Office and be familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning platforms and other software pertinent to the HR industry
  • 2 or more years of applicable professional experience
  • Bachelor degree from an accredited university, Masters and/or advance degrees a plus but not required
