Business Operations Coordinator

Position Summary

The Business Operations Coordinator will serve as the administrator for accounting functions of Entrega. This individual will work closely with the Accounting Firm, Financial Analyst and the Director of Client Services. This position reports directly to the CEO.

Job Description

  • Reconcile all credit card purchases
  • Monitor bank account activity
  • Approve and compile all employee expenses
  • Manage contracts with clients and vendors
  • Execute Accounts Payable
  • Generate Accounts Receivable
  • Forecast Sales Reports
  • Close accounting items with Accounting Firm on a monthly basis
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

  • Associates Degree or higher
  • 3-4 years related experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Proficient Microsoft Power Point, Outlook and Word skills
